I have 8 active connections, Cant port forward 8333, have tried deleting everything except wallet.day and redoing it all but gets stuck at block 3300884

Harddisk is not full, on 100mbit connection so no issues with net speed, please help :/

Did you try to off the firewall of your anti virus or try to disable the anti virus first and repeat it all. Maybe the port 8333 block by the anti virus. So try to close it first and reinstall it all...
If this is stil not working try to redownload the bitcoin core via torrent. and repeat it all.

Any error messages or can you post the debug.log around the time it stops?

No, the outbound connections are fine to sync. Core does not hold many connections during that time anyway.

If the blocks are coming from a reliable source, I would try using a different storage device to see if you had a bad spot on the drive. Can you use an sd card or usb stick.

Just had another thought. If you have the space, try renaming the blockchain directory, and then reload. That will take you to a different part of the disk.
