Following up the transaction with dina76:

Upon agreement with seller I've sent by Paypal 81USD (paypal transaction fee were paid by me) for 0.22BTC offered in exchange

After getting the money seller dina76 stopped to respond on PMs and closed original topic.

I'm waiting for his response and money he is owing me

Smells like another "Send PP to me first, because you can reverse transaction if I scam" but then the seller cashes out the PP and you can't recover them, scam to me.

Someone is selling paypal account just for $25-50 so if he bought that paypal account he then still gains few bucks after scamming.
he could once again buy a paypal account and then lure someone to pay via paypal account for more than its value of a throwaway account.

WHY DO YOU DEAL WITH NEWBIES?

I really can't understand why in the world would people trust someone who has 10 posts in ANY forum and go first.

Just to clarify:

1) Status means nothing - all those scammers can make "member" for 2 weeks
2) It was a my persobal bad - do not overimpost to everybody :)

1) Lol no, it takes over a month or two of constant posting to get Member. Its not posts that determine your rank, but the activity period which you made those posts in

not exactly.. I think between the scammer popular buy in newbie or jr. with potential activity, so theoretically two week enough to reach member rank.
   

True, but that does come with a cost. Most "unexperienced" scammers don't bother with buying an account.

Well yes I talked about "more advanced" scammer ;D besides a cost such account few bucks
very little investment compared to the potential profits.

Oh shit, you just sent money to an account which was there from about a few days!!!
Only try to deal with high activity people , Try to trust on that who have at least some trust points.

Now you got to be thankful that you didn't send the funds to him via WU. Since it was paypal, you can file a charge-back.

How easy is it to charge back if sent as a gift?
You hear of scammers insta-recovering their gifted $$, but they must have a trick or something to do that right?
 Your honest paypal user cannot file a complaint on a gift right?

Be it gift, or business, paypal can always be reversed. Wouldn't want to give out the techniques here as scammers would get an idea then.

Well if ps_jb doesn't know how to, i'd atleast pm him how to recover it.

I need to do some research myself. I was scammed out of ~$20 paypal for digital goods (mmorpg related) a few months ago; i think it's too late to resurrect that mess,,, but just for future reference. I tried to figure out how to chargeback through navigating paypal and it appeared impossible.

If you can recover after noting payment as "For a virtual item".... that'd be a feat.
