Title: 140 coins BTCjam Loan Post by: teodor87 on January 13, 2013, 08:13:08 PM Hello.
I need ~140BTC to purchase Butterfly Labs Single 'SC' ASIC miner for 1299$ + shipping and VAT. I intend to repay for 2 months with 6% interest, paying on every 1-st of the month. I will have the money in 2 - 3 months, but I would really not like to wait. I can show proof for my income. It's not millions but enough to pay back my investors + interest. https://btcjam.com/listings/1217 Thanks for your time and consideration. Title: Re: BTCjam Loan Post by: Vod on January 13, 2013, 08:20:59 PM 185 bitcoins at $14 each is $2,590. Much more than you need.
Also, if you aren't willing to be credit verified on BTCJam and open yourself up to a collection agency, I don't think you'll find many investors with just 10 posts here. Sorry Title: Re: BTCjam Loan Post by: teodor87 on January 13, 2013, 08:22:46 PM Thanks for the honesty.
Appreciated. I need 140, but BTC jam funds 70%. Cause shipping and VAT is arounf 500. Title: Re: BTCjam Loan Post by: 🏰 TradeFortress 🏰 on January 14, 2013, 03:09:42 AM Thanks for the honesty. You have the OPTION of funding it at 70% :) Title: Re: 140 coins BTCjam Loan Post by: smracer on January 14, 2013, 04:24:55 AM Scammers everywhere.
Title: Re: 140 coins BTCjam Loan Post by: teodor87 on January 14, 2013, 05:07:51 AM I am not a scammer.
Title: Re: 140 coins BTCjam Loan Post by: 🏰 TradeFortress 🏰 on January 14, 2013, 05:10:06 AM Scammers everywhere. Exactly. You *may* not be a scammer, but there is a high probability that you would default on this loan, unfortunately. Title: Re: 140 coins BTCjam Loan Post by: teodor87 on January 14, 2013, 06:03:33 AM Well you all have your opinion. But we're just spamming the topic.
My goal in life is not to scam people for 2000$. And when I buy the SC I will invest in others. I am also willing to give my wallet to the people that invested in me, but I don't know if so many people could use it. I do not necessarily need the coins. I'd also accept to preorder the thing for me. However, even if I do not get the coins (which is highly probable) I will buy it with cash in 2 - 3 months. I'm just curious if it works as they advertise. Title: Re: 140 coins BTCjam Loan Post by: teodor87 on January 14, 2013, 02:43:19 PM OK. Loan no longer needed :)
Reached an agreement with a fellow co-forum user with limited risk for both of us. He's going to buy it for me, and I will pay him within 3 months. Thanks to all. Title: Re: 140 coins BTCjam Loan Post by: wallet.dat on January 14, 2013, 02:51:39 PM I actually ordered some BFL units back in September of last year, shortly after I made this thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=109004. I ended up taking out small personal loan from my credit union. If you want to buy my pre-orders off me, you'll have a spot in line ahead of anybody who ordered after that.
Title: Re: 140 coins BTCjam Loan Post by: teodor87 on January 14, 2013, 03:58:04 PM I already made a deal.
Thanks for your reply anyway. Title: Re: 140 coins BTCjam Loan Post by: evolve on January 14, 2013, 04:00:21 PM so what happens when the asics don't ship? who eats the cost, you or your lender?
