There are four aces up Monero's sleeve.  In 2016, the following four things will happen:

A major crypto-personality or celebrity will come out in support of Monero by the dawn of 2017.  This will fuel speculation.  
  
Ace of ♣  
The GUI will come out, and bring with it user-friendliness we can only dream of now.  
  
Ace of ♠    
A major publication will come out with a story on Monero.  Slashdot?  Maybe.  Economist?  No, that's 2018.  
  
Ace of ♦    
The price itself will finally break the all time high of $5 on a monster run, attracting all kinds of new speculator attention.

Everything you wrote here is realistic and very achieveble.
People usually forget, when speaking about Monero, that it is probably 95 % held in cold storages, thus enabling extreme price movements if only relatively small amount of dollars start to chase after Moneros that has pretty scarce emission currently.
The volumes show we are able to maintain 10-100 usd Monero even with current volume. Now there is a breather and probably time to load your trucks with this gemstone of great value.

If the price of Monero in bitcoin terms can be somewhere around 0.005, it is already very good. I hope that ratio can be kept long term.

The question is, how it can be pumped there.
The answear: by bidding it up there.

The next question is, how it is bidded there.
The trivial answear: by pouring money into Monero and bailing out the dumpers who eventually sell too early.

And why write that if you are confident  ::)

Obviously the only reason to write that is to try to manipulate the psychology of others and cause them to want to buy so you can dump some.

Frankly, I am kind of annoyed by these kind of threads as well. Guys, let's stick to the regular threads and stop opening new threads. It's just counterproductive.

I don't really see anything technical  here to debate.  Celebrities, Slashdot, GUI wallet speculation?  Even if you disagree who cares?

 I like Monero.  I think this post is stupid and silly and if anything hurts Monero.  I also think half the conversations  that go on around me in the pub are stupid and damage the idea of intelligent life forms.  But I think it's even stupider and sillier of me to try to censor them.
