I am interested in both cards, but make sure that the PPMC works and it doesn't give out that error message and the ebay code is not linked to another paypal/ebay account.

Given that BTC 1.0 = $ 400 USD (close enough at any rate) I would suggest you get your head read, or at the very least use Escrow...
