Right I didnt want to start this thread but with a complaint that I had for 1 week they havent been able to find a resolution to my problem. They have constantly ignored my complaints to how their American Blackjack works. This is how it works you bet small and therefore you win. You raise your bet the dealer has blackjack pretty much every hand this has cost me dearly to learn and I only get BS replies from their service personnel. They even send me replies to say that my account hasnt even played Blackjack that was after I complained numerous time and they said they had a maxium of 3 days to deal with my problem.

Fortunately, I don't recall any personal experience on bad customer service at fortunejack. I may have, but I probably did not see it as bad service cause I have very basic expectations. Only thing that bother me is hot to find tickets for their poker tournaments.

30 minutes ago I make a withdrawal but canceled the system and a minute later I tried again ( status pending ) it seems there is a problem in blockchain so that the withdrawal was delayed to avoid things that are not in want My suggestion for while do not make a withdrawal.

Its been over 6 hours now, that transaction will never be confirmed.

Might take a couple more hours to confirm. I've actually had this happen to me several times last week when receiving BTC from DirectBet.eu - Not sure what's going on but it's not just an issue with Fortunejack and PocketDice.

Which is the problem. Looks like they are gonna have to up it once again.. believe DirectBet already has as a recent one shows 0.00029498 BTC for the fee. This could cause problems with micro bets and withdrawals though.

Well, that is precisely the problem. No one on the network will confirm a 175 mB transaction for a fee of 0.0001 BTC.  Yet they re-broadcasted it after it was pruned the first time. Those transactions will never get confirmed, this is moving towards a flat out scam.

I wouldn't call it a scam. It worked for awhile and gambling sites took advantage to save on the TX fee while also keeping their micro bettors / withdrawals happy. Something does need to be changed though... might be best to create another thread on this subject to get more exposure ;)

Well you have a good track record here. I think they will listen to you more.

I don't play at fortunejack or the other casinos anymore, just a occasionally sports bettor. They probably want to hear from their own players.

This case is actually normal and wouldnt take too long to confirm if the network isnt too crowded with the transaction. It seems the btc price going down could be the reason that it is taking this long . As for your information, the last 5 blocks 400974 - 400978 is full of transactions. Even a high priority transaction of 0.0001 fee would take ages to confirm as this point so this is not really Fortunejack's fault

I'm heading many bad things about them now. Its a shame since I liked them.


Yea he doesn't have a reason to lie and he is one of many who have had problems with fortunejack.

i think its just not fair if you blame fortunejack for serve their costumer with unsastified,but we should know fortunejack have good reputataion,its why so many people play on it,we need more case to blame fortunejack as bad site.

Yeah my friends had some bad experience from Fortune jack, all the answer from the customer service was asked us to be patience and it will be dealt immediately, but never got a good response until we need to make a scam accusation then, they will try to help and solved the problem

Right so I complained in Feburary and its now June. How long does it take to deal with a so called simple problem ?

Think if the issue is not addressed in a 4 day span,it most likely does not get responded to.
Actually got a response back to a email that shocked me and it took them 5 days to get to me to say they will find out for me.

Meanwhile I was able to just ask the Latin players at the table and get the answer from them.

Lot of bitcoin related sites lack in customer support,it almost feels like there is a business plan there that could help some of these sites.

Any news about their support they are still active or not. if don't get any support resoponce better to start it in scam accusation so that it can prevent doing scam to other in early.

The actual rep on here asked about my login name and so far no response (May 25th) and its now June 5th. I have played many Bitcoin casinos and none has been so tardy as this. Gambling is a losing profession and I dont mind losing if the casino can respond to my problems in a reasonable time and manner. In my 4 - 5 years with BTC I have lost and won around 20 BTC so you FortuneJack have missed out on a punter with an addiction to gambling.

I deleted my account there. All I ever hear is how bad their support is. So many people can't withdraw their money and have to fight for it over weeks. Not cool its a pain and stressful.

Many site are low in support just like yobit.. fortune jack many people are complaining about  this site. .they have slow responce but they are still legit site.. If you see the campaign of fortune jack they are still alive.. only the support is worst..

Now June 14th still no resolution to the problem and nothing in my inbox  :(

i'm aware about their service that doesn't feel right but their CS have "sweet mouth" to take care many complaint so we have to stay longer until FJ resolved it afterward. Maybe you just need some patient and hope your issue will resolve

How about give up with sites that don't deserve their players. There's plenty of sites that actually appreciate their players and try to give them the best possible experience... Bitdice abd Bitsler for example.

If you scroll to bottom of their platform it states "Best online customer Support"! :P

Dang it sounds like they're giving you the full work around. Sorry to say that this has happened to you and nobody deserves that kind of treatment when just trying to play a game and make or lose some money.

It is now July 16th and still no fix and no reply to my complaint be very careful when playing here and certainly dont deposit ! I think that I have given them enough time to solve my problem and rest assured that when it comes to the worse service on any bitcoin gambling site Fortunejack gets my vote.

I have heard europeon blackjack is better as it gives better odds. Is this true ? Or just nonesemse ? I dont play blsck jack since I suck at it xP


Ypu have waited way more than enough. This is unacceptable and very unprofessional.

Looks like couldnt care less about how their customers feel about their tardy service.
