This is not only for the buyer's security, but the seller's as well. Since you're the seller, you have the ability to set terms, granted it is reasonable, and there are no foreseeable intentions to take advantage of the transactions. If no one likes it, then they don't have to buy from you. But since this entire community is built on a trust system, it would be wise to utilize this to your advantage early on. Once you've established yourself and get some decent feed back's from trusted members of the community, there may not even be a need for escrow. Meaning whoever the escrow is, or depending on how the deal goes, you may not actually get your money up to 1-2 weeks at most. From the time the card is shipped out, delivered, up to when an order is placed, and that order to ship, I can only assume the turn around is right about that estimate.
