There is no way people will look at your shirt, let alone a shirt about bitcoin. Most people don't how about bitcoin. Your signature online is worthless, as you have no built up trust before trying to sell advertising. No one would send a newbie account anything whatsoever.
Also, an attempt to elicit escrow with such a new account may be even viewed as a scam attempt. If you'd like to make your signature more valuable, simply stay active for a couple months and make quality posts.
