Why not our block chain? No room?

It's not that there isn't "room." If I had to make a guess, I'd wager that BitNation just decided that now may not be a good time to tick off Bitcoin miners by adding an extra load when there are alternatives available...

Just seems odd there isn't a Bit option available. I seem to remember quite a few statements made on our block chain. IDK. Am I being selfish?

Edit: I just noticed this is an altcoin discussion. Carry on. :)

Haha that's all right. A lot of people seem to believe that Bitcoin is the only cryptocurrency worth using if you listen to them talk around here. But I wouldn't call it selfish exactly. I've heard it's possible to encrypt large files on the Bitcoin chain -- I've even heard it called "Proof of Ownership" because it proves that you had access to that file at that particular time -- but Bitcoin isn't the only Blockchain that could handle the job. Nor should it be.

BITNATION-Constitution

We are Ƀitnation.

We are the Birth of a New Virtual Nation.

We are a Future for Our World and Humanity.

We are Sentinels, Universal and Inalienable.

We are Rights and Freedoms.

We are Tolerant and Accepting.

We are Polity and Entity.

We are Privacy and Security.

We are Openness and Transparency.

We are a Dream and a Reality.

We are Ƀitnation.

Seems a bit vague.:-\
