Title: FortuneJack Scamming me?
Post by: FoxBTC on February 16, 2016, 06:38:41 AM
So I put in 1 BTC and ended up getting all the way up to 4 BTC between Live Blackjack and Live Roulette. I usually get cleaned on the site so this time I decided it would be best to pull out.

I withdrew the way I do every time. It's been 3 hours and no sign of any incoming BTC in my Coinable Wallet. I checked the "Transactions" page, and the withdrawal is listed as "pending."

I have repeatedly been told by support to "Please be patient" but after a certain about of time I feel like I may not be getting my money. Why is it taking so long?

What should I do?

It's not like it's in my wallet just with 0 confirmations, it's not even in my wallet... This is ridiculous.

Hot wallet likely isn't full.

Their hot wallet should be not enough to process your withdrawal, so it will be processed manually. You may ask them by email or wait for the next 24hours.

May be for them your 4BTC is very huge to handle so they may need 10 days to send your winnings. There are many instances that, they always delay payments but still you guys choose them don't know why?

Casinos don't often keep a lot of money on hot wallets mostly because they're much easier to hack. So don't worry, the admins will get your BTC back. Their website itself is probably worth more than 4 BTC... No point scamming :P

I can found other complaint about FJ too, I think what you need to do is contact CS and wait.

I think they will pay you the money, the only question is 'when'

You are asking: What should I do?

Wait before you jump on the forum. This is trusted business with people behind it and operation, the minimum you can do before jumping on "FortuneJack Scamming me?" is to wait 24 hours and let them handle it.

Disclaimer - I do work with FortuneJack, but this reply is written from personal point of view.

Thanks

A little bit of patience should not be too much to ask. Just don't let them lure you in canceling the withdrawel so you get tempted in betting it again.

They are likely checking if any cheating or exploiting of their systems was involved since it is about a relatively large amount of bitcoin. Would you blame them with all the stuff going on all the time? If I remember correct last time something like this came up they handled it eventually.

What you have to do is as support says....be patient and pray to the God that they will send your money asap!
That problem is very common nowadays. Not just in FJ but almost at every other sites especialy when you try to withdraw huge amount of BTC. The support will always say the same sentence :"please be patient" our hot wallet is empty now!
And it can take 1 or 2 days for the withdrawal to be processed!

4 BTC not a huge amount for Fortunejack they will pay you, based on their two big cases players make a withdrawal from 10 to 100 BTC all processed it's just that it takes time, such as the casino in general it took 24 hours to resolve the problem

Someone recently won 84 bitcoins their iirc and they held the withdrawals for a week to do some checks but ultimately they did payed them, so I am sure this will be resolved soon.

-snip -

What should I do?

 - snip -

In my opinion :

1) you should be a bit more patient and wouldn't have opened a scam accusation just in a couple of hours wait

2) you should write  in Fortunejack official thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=774929.0 (to gain more attention from FJ support ) asking to be taken care of your withdrawal request or either to have a look into it and let you know what's going on

Smaller amount are processed istantly, bigger amount request more time either for refilling hot wallet and sometime to investigate big winners.

I'm pretty sure you will have you BTCs in your pocket, it's just a matter of time.

I dont think that Fj is a scam site, they dont do this just to scammed your 1 btc and this will ruin their reputable site. You just need to wait because there are many possibilities like their hot wallet is no more money and they need to filled it up or may be they have some kind inside issue so they have slow respond on you, I just saw similar thread too and he also have same issue so better just wait it. I am sure that you will have your withdrawal

Another accussation against fortunejack :( , it is too early to judge guys please just be patient.
They need to becareful withdrawing large amount over 1 or 2 btc i guess. They can not just withdraw it automatically. It is so easy to say "they scam me" while the site hardly build a reputation :( . I am on fortunejack side.

Guessing the very same thing. They would rather process this manually.

Previously, I say good for you, because the big win in gambling provided fortunejack. Keep in mind, A great gambling site has a useful selection system to select the players who managed to cinch and make withdrawals. And I think that is a reasonable thing and it's already a public secret. Your task is simply waiting, FortuneJack will not scamming, because they already stand over 6 months and have many loyal customers who use gambling sites.

Nothing is ridiculous here. They have paid alot more btc then what you have won so if you are not cheating then there is no need to be paranoid about this as you will get your btc soon. They are probably running a check to see wether you are legit or not , the other reason could be that they their hot wallet is currently low

There have been cases of FortuneJack not paying amounts of time especially bigger one (not in the case of your 4btc's).Recently they paid out a guy 84 btc's though it took a while but they did pay after verifying stuff.I would ask you to wait for a few days ,maybe talk to the support again,it will all be sorted at the end.

This is the case here. Op, you have to understand that Casinos are paying instantly in casees you won less than certain amount (this could be set to specific sum for certain casino services).
If you won larger amount, in this case 4 BTC you have to be prepared for casino staff to evaluate your winnings and check if everything is fine and no exploits were used.

There is nothing to check imo since he turned 1 btc into 4 btc and thats totally normal. Sometimes variances sucks but winners will always be appreciated in fortunejack. The most logical reasons should be hot wallet issue and besides that, fortunejack never scam anyone and there is no point for them to scam anyone as they are spending over 5 btc / week just for marketing

Yes it is very true. Fortunejack may perform the examination of the accounts, because they do not want the funds withdrawn are the result of cheating and fortunejack wish all players doing the game a fair way without cheating. May you quickly get what belongs to you.

I doubt they're going to risk their future & reputation over 4 bitcoin's.

Have patience & if they don't get back to you fill out a scam accusation in the relevent area, they are highly unlikely to effectively end their legitimacy over that amount of money.

Nice will give that a shot when I am at work tomorrow. At home I use Firefox but forced to use chrome at work and not really tech smart with that one.
Cash tables always seem to be empty so far but if I read correctly this site just added poker recently,so I look forward to playing there.

Are they always doing such kind of investigation when there is a withdrawal request above 1 or 2 btc? Will they do the same for their loyal players who maybe has lost much money in the past but get great luck and win big?

There is only two possible reason here, the first one should be that this is just another person trying to discredit fortunejack by making this thread to show how bad fortunejack is and the second possible reason is that this person got his withdrawals already and he just left this forum wittout even closing this thread and left it hanging around

Have seen similar threads with some pretty heavy piling on to the site about different aspects that seem to be serious nit picking.
Been using the site for a week so I really can not say much other then transfers have been fast for me,not big transfers though.

My only issue is not being able us flash on my cell phone. :D
