I have a MtGox Account/Claim with is is admissible by the BANKRUPTCY TRUSTEE’S DECISION with 595594 JPY (Total amount of bankruptcy claim (sum of cash, Bitcoins and delay damages)

Don´t think so. There is a legal proccedings in Japan at the Tokyo District Court since 2014 and today the fifth creditor’s meeting was held.

Because im in tokyo and i have lost money with mtgox too. You may get something back but definitely not the 11+ btc.  :-\

They will figure out a way to distibute the amount in the next months. It has takes over 6 month to verify all claims. 

Yeah I knew it has been a while since that went down. How long until they actually settle with you? Any idea? Or you just going by their estimates of restitution

I think it will take around 6 month until they figure out how to pay me back.

First, why would anyone buy your claim, there is no guarantee it will be fulfilled, and also no guarantee you won't try to get it back by proving you are the owner.
Second, this is the wrong place for this, here is the currency exchange. I am not even sure if this belongs to the Digital Goods section or to Securities, I really hope a moderator passes by and moves this topic to the proper section.

probably you know that a Total amount of  claims that have   been accepted 45,609,593,503 JPY and currently total assets
only 1,064,664,553 JPY, + 202,185 BTC, so it is easy to calculate how much you can expect recovery.

edit:
the costs (~ 600,000,000 JPY) that the trustee has incurred, already deducted.

Roughly 29.7%, however I am not sure if this takes into account the costs that the trustee has incurred so far, which I believe to be substantial, and most  likely does not include the costs that the trustee has not yet incur but will in the future.

Why would anyone in their right mind buy an 11.75 BTC MtGox claim for 7 BTC? As stated above, the ceiling for the amount of money that will be able to get distrubated is around 30% of claimed funds, and that doesn't take into account the legal fees and costs that will have to come out of that 30%.

I would be willing to do 0.95 btc + 0.05 going to escrow..

That just is crazy too low for 12btc of claimant man. ::)

It's been 8+ months already so there clearly won't be any payment or a buyer, even 1btc seems to high for me since your not 100% sure when you will get the funds, how much you will get and if you will ever get paid.
