I'm sure mexxer-2 or Lutpin or someone as spam/scam-buster as them will reply you. Maybe you copied the posts of someone, maybe you spammed. A lot of reasons are possible.

Even if I don't know what it does exactly mean, I'll try to help you. This could be posts that have no interest, that are repetitives...

insubstantial post = low quality posts

you should improve the quality of your posts or else you will be banned again with longer period of time. IIRC 60days is the next

You increase the quality by following this small guide :

  • Ask yourself if what you're saying is important and will help someone else
  • Ask yourself if this has been already said
  • Ask yourself if what you're saying is in a correct English

Follow these 3 rules and your post quality will be greatly enhanced.

How do you think you can rectify yourself? What's the opposite of unsubstantial posts?

You were banned because of insubstan..... wait a minute , are you telling me you didn't even bother with a google of the word?
Will it be zipped up?

Send us the hypnosis info  :o
Digital good section?
Can I get one?

(this includes skype?)
Can I take the vouch copy?
Why not give the vouch to someone who is always active??
So I've fixed this issue. But by snitching, no one will deal with you again.
Offers?

Edit : And those are just a few of the examples.

Meh, googling it gives me a meaning however being 15 I am not good with really formal English.

I understand some of the words were a bit short but I was not spamming them...
How do you think you can rectify yourself? What's the opposite of unsubstantial posts?

Erm maybe HQ posts? Not posting for a vouch?

Not posting for a vouch is one of them
The other one is making a meaningful post that actually contributes to the topic
Remember, you are here so you can discuss about bitcoin, not asking for a free vouch :P

If im not wrong, you campaign (Yobit) is currently managed by Hilarriousandco and he said he will ban users who found to be posting a low quality posts
Either you crank up your quality or get banned for the 2nd time ::)

OK, I consider a ban being a detention at school.
I don't want a detention so I will not post any stuff. I will resort to PM?

If you don't want detention then don't do a stupid stuff around the school and be a good boy for once ;)
If you want a vouches then send it to PM or better, make your post constructive in another section 'cause you know, this forum has more sections than digital goods :P
Although i got a feeling that you made bitcoin talk account solely just to get free stuff ::)

And did you? Seems the neg was given by Lutpin quite some time ago, and the reference post was probably deleted as it was made by someone evading a ban.

After reading some of your posts here, I think I know the reason why did you got banned. It's because you do to much posting an not important thing that has nothing to do with Bitcoin.

I accept it. My verdict=guilty.

And when you think you right and you doing everything ok, ask yourself did you read all those rules!?
And if you are participating in signatures be aware those rules are especially strict.

I suggest you to avoid the signature campaign, post as you don't have a sig ad... or better don't have one ;). Why should you receive money for your posts (here) ?

As Redsn0w said on above me, you don't need to be active in a signature campaign to be active in the bitcoin community, or even the bitcointalk community. If you're doing it solely for the sig campaign payout, your doing it all for the wrong reasons.

You should receive money for your posts because your advertising one's service. However, if you're posting in order to get paid, you got all wrong.

Nonsense, it is obvious that you are posting to get paid and this is a consequence of " I advertise a service'. Again , you should not receive money for your post ... this is the unique forum that I've seen work in this way (signature campaign, etc.. ).

I joined a signature campaign very recently, and not because of my rank. I could have jumped in a lot before, but I did not because I just wanted to be more established before joining one. That's still nice to be paid a few mBTC for doing a pleasant activity :).

I won't lie i have joined signatures to earn some btcs, but that doesn't mean i'm going to
take advantages over this system. I have seen a lot of prejudices here and i'm not surprised.
As soon as they see, you have signature you are marked!

I would say the same as you but for those who didn't earn much from real life they could earn a few more penny here and that's good. Why not? As long as not broke the rule.

I was suspended for NecroBumping. The irony is I was happy to post in a thread that gave me an idea. I wasl also wondering, why in the hello wasnt the post closed so I would have just appreciated it but not post in it. How long must a thread been withput post activity in order to incur in necrobumping.

I understand that moderators want users to be engaging and susbtantial, but what I do not understand why there is not a platform to challenge suspensions. Obviously ones can be explained and logical and some are just spamming.

Lo quality posts are one thing, but sometimes in some threads small to the point posts are what is needed.

By this "challenging" do you mean that you should be allowed to appeal a ban? Even if it is a temporary one?

I think so. In my case it was 7 days, while I was in the middle of a deal using OgNasty as escrow. I could not send personal messages and this complicated things.

In my case I would of stated my particular situation, at least requesting to be able to, in my case, pm Ognasty.

Maybe a platform where you can state your case with 1 or 3 specifically assigned moderators.
