Even if a trader creates a new account he can pretty much trade with 0 ratings since he will basically be trading through escrow. So trust is not prior there.
Secondly 0.8 is an overkill. Nobody will even think of buying it at 0.01 BTC even. Also there is a chance of getting your account back by claiming to support that your account was hacked and if you provide sufficient verification which matches with the profile verification you did before.
