Title: Guaging interested in Casascius 0.5 BTC Silver Series 3
Post by: randomuser543 on February 18, 2016, 11:46:24 AM
Curious to see what these S3 0.5 Silvers are going for.

I bought it a couple of years back. It's currently ungraded, but I have a good inkling it will be in the region of MS68-70 as it looks perfect to me. (Stored in a capsule, never removed)

What is the going rate for these at the moment? Ballpark would suffice. Can upload some photo's later to get a more accurate idea.

I'd say anywhere from 1.5-2.8BTC. Saying it could be an MS70 is a bit confident, since there's a lot of things an untrained eye can't see :)

Where would you be shipping from?
I'd be interested in buying one.
Thanks :)

Post some pictures for us for better prices. There was a nice demand for these recently so they should sell easy for you. I would run an auction starting @ face value.

I would also be interested in seeing pictures, especially the reserve side (none-hologram side), very sharp focus is important.
