I just came online now and i see that i have a negative trust , i dont Freak so easily but when i saw who gave me that negative trust then i found that it was a forum Staff on the context of hacking a account.

well , i don't get online too often but this feedback is really not good and makes me shame for the act which i have not done , how can a man with his simple Reddit post accuse me , when i am the sole owner and it had been a long time of buying the account.

I dont think that the seller sold me a hacked account , because the person who says in reddit post would not be the same person who built the potential activity of the account , Reason: why would a person will make so much Potential when he is not upto selling? ,this account was farmed only for selling as seen from its pot activity, what i feel is that either the seller is badass , but it doubt me as he is a  pro trader here , and has sold so many accounts here.

You Guys can look the older posts and see that this account was solely used for selling as the seller was making posts after 14 days interval to get the potential activity.

simply prove that you bought that account from the real owner by posting the signed message from the seller about the change of ownership here. if you didn't ask the seller for that then too bad.

btw the message have to be signed from an address that was posted at least 3 months ago before january 15th 5th (missed this before god, I must've been very sleepy when I posted this.).

The person accusing you of hacking says his last post was the fifth of January. Can you sign an address that was posted before that? Did you buy you account from that person? When did you buy your account?

Hate to say it, but that's what you get for buying an account--whatever your reason was for actually doing that.  You take huge risks.  It's a shady thing to do but I don't think you necessarily deserve negative trust if you didn't hack the account but that's now on you to prove.  Don't feel shame if you didn't do anything wrong.  If you do, that's also on you but you're not getting much sympathy here.

Im sure the delay in getting hacked accounts back is to do with all this buying and selling of accounts.

Why do you want to have people believe you're the poster of all the previous posts before you turned up on the board?

Theymos is probably snowed under with this stuff now and legit users that got hacked due to no real fault of their own in some cases are now waiting weeks to get reinstated..

If you want a decent account with some reputation that means something then earn it. Otherwise it destroys all trust on this board if we don't know people are who they appear to be based on years of posts and previous actions.

Selling and buy of accounts should be totally banned.

Is there no one who can help in Resolving this issue , neither the man who says that this account is hacked comes forward nor any mod is helping out?

Selling bitcointalk accounts is discouraged in first place and this account is hacked as you said earlier. So there is not even 0.1% chance to get a reply from theymos.

If it was our account in first place then you could have your negative trust removed if you prove with one of your old addresses.

If a sold acc has green trust he deserves to be -ved or at least those green ratings should be deleted. If they dont have any feedback, i dont see an issue.

If you mean DT ratings - those can suddenly change as new members get added to DT so that's not a good strategy I think.

Generally speaking a purchased account can't be trusted. There is no good reason to buy an account other than to deceive and you can't possibly predict if that deception is going to be a scam or something relatively benign such as trolling for sig campaigns.

Perhaps a neutral feedback is sufficient though.

You still deserved neg rep even though there is no one reported this account was hacked.
