Title: About NXT aliases
Post by: Abiky on February 19, 2016, 06:15:22 PM
I heard that you could make an alias from within the NXT platform, and the same could be used as a domain for your site. How is this possible? What do I need to do exactly to configure it from within my server? Sorry for asking. I am practically new to the NXT platform, and testing its features to see how this would really work. Is there a guide or tutorial you could share? I would appreciate your help.  ;D

Maybe this thread on nxtforum.org could resolve your question.

Thanks for sharing this information. It looks a little bit complicated than I thought. Is there a domain hosting service for .nxt domains? Similar to a hosting for .bit domains, one for NXT would be pretty ideal. Once I am able to set up a NXT alias properly, I will use this in combination with Qora and create a fully decentralized website based on blockchain technology.  ;D
