Title: wrong blockchain? Post by: bitkokos2 on February 19, 2016, 08:44:31 PM Hello
I am solo mining a coin for a few days and an hour ago I found out that the only existing pool of that coin is 10 blocks ahead of my wallet. Now my question is that. Is it possible the pool is on a wrong blockchain and I am in the correct? I mean can you tell by who is "ahead" in blocks if he is on the correct blockchain? I have 5 active connections (nodes) and pool has one. There is no working block explorer. It shows that I am getting all blocks and pool shows it's getting them all. Title: Re: wrong blockchain? Post by: seedtrue on February 19, 2016, 08:48:10 PM I am assuming you are talking about bitcoin since you put this in the bitcoin section. If so, check blockchain.info, it is a working block explorer among many others.
If you are not talking about bitcoin, then this should be in the altcoin section. Title: Re: wrong blockchain? I just clicked the Technical support as I couldn't find such thread in altcoins. I will delete this one and try to find it in altcoin thanks EDIT: oops! it says that I Cannot delete the post.
