This is a smaller ~20x20cm (7.8 in) version of the famous "200 Bitcoin" that sold for a undisclosed sum in 2014 (http://www.theguardian.com/technology/2014/apr/03/warhol-style-200-bitcoin-print-bought-by-anonymous-buyer). The artwork is hand printed and one of a kind. Delivered in a black frame with white passepartout with free insured shipping. It's Art, it has obviously no intrinsic value outside of what someone is willing to pay. Nothing strange about that.
