Well, BTC is going up again, and this is the third time in about a few months. The two previous times it has reached near the 500$ but this time seems it has somewhat less strength...

What are your predictions about how high it will go before dropping a bit again?

I think it might go above $500 and stay in the low $500 range this time. It might waver as it crosses the $500 threshold but we are getting used to that price now. Nobody is saying it will go back down to $200 anymore, and in a few months we might find nobody saying it wll go back down to $500.

I don't think we'll go above 500 USD in the very short term. We will as we get closer to the halving though.

Well that's a loaded question, isn't it?  But do we really need another price speculation thread?  There's like 20 of them created per day and it's all so silly, because no one person here has better information than the next person.  I think we're going to $500.  Does it make you feel more bullish that I said it?  Does it reinforce your prediction and if it does, does it make your prediction any more likely?

I think that bitcoin this time will reach probably $450 by this week and on March i believe that it will reach $500 within a month.

I think we'll see some action till the price comes very close to $500 and then it will slow down or even stop for a while as it will be a real struggle to break through $500.

I'm thinking the same thing this time, the bitcoin will rise a bit and than stop for a while because of the people that are doubting to buy the bitcoin on the 500 dollar range.
If the bitcoin will rise further after this struggle is the question because people maybe thinking it will lower again, and maybe it will of course.

I would say $500 before it goes down to $400 again, then perhaps it'll go upwards to $600 :D

600 USD in my opinion. hope it stays around 500 since that would be the prettiest value.

i think we have big chance to reach $600 , block halving make bitcoin price more strong...
also the bitcoin hardfork code (increse to 2mb) will be come at middle of this year  ::)

I'm seeing that its having a hard time passing the $450 mark. But it will surely hit $500 to $600 when halving comes near.

this time it is just coming back to where it were before Hearn drama i don't think this is the big bubble you are expecting but if it leads to that, $500-600 is nothing and is going to get past them so fast and reach at least $700-800

700 minimum 1k+ maximum, we can surpass the last ath easily this time, if there are the chances to do it as a new peak

I strongly believe bitcoin will touch 500 mark by this week, i am buying whatever i can right now. As you can see sell wall is not also strong to pull price down significantly this time.

it reached 475$ but sadly it's falling now again, typical pump and dump like always, first rise then falling down, but soon it should rise again, and by the end of 2016 it will be 500$

My feeling is that 450$ can't be broken. And I expect ~370 range soon.

Yeah I think 450$ has been a strong resistance point for more than 3 month and every time this point reflect the price movement and drop it again.
But maybe this time the price will break through it

Mark my words ,, it will reach 550$ .. and then i will sell all the bitcoins i have right now .

Its is hard to predict. But I think that it will rise so fast as it can. I hope that it will rise for a long time so the value will be very high.
There is also a chance that it can be lower in value and that will be so bad. Lets hope for not.

i also think it will keep rising till $500 and then stay below that price level as there is too much resistance. i just hope that when we leave the $400's behind, that we keep seeing the price increase steadily. but it will most likely be the same situation as when we were sub $300 and sub $400. it needs time before going above $500 that's why we need to have patience.

Seems to me that it is currently on the Pivot Point line, I mean the mid one where there is neither any support nor resistance...
I think that if it stays between $420 and $450, then we might see a stable environment rather than rushing towards $500 and then many people dumping their coins as there are many stops near that resistance...

if you mean current pum and dump, then it ended allready at 440$ and it's going down now, but  i am pretty sure that after this dump, price will go to 500$ or even under 500$

Yep, i keep on getting the same thing. It can actually reach that 500$ sooner than we ever think.

I think the price will be near the 500 dollar and stays there for a long time, its of course just a prediction but I think there is a good chance this will happen.

To be sure of course we just need to wait for it and be patient, It can even be stable at that number that would be awesome.

Well the last 2 days, it stop going up and until just now, it's starting to go up again although in a slower rate (up by 1% for today) and at $424 right now. The good thing with slower increase rates are that they tend to last longer than the usual scenario that exist on pump and dump cases so if it continues like this then $500 would surely be within the reach this time.
