Hello!  Please, what is the best pool for today?

To point your SHA256d ASIC, i would strongly recommend https://www.kano.is/.

Aside the fact the pool has had amazing luck for a long time, the theoretical return at 100% luck is also the best(vs other big pools) with Kano due to pool code efficiency.

I see. Sorry, you can't mine Bitcoin with that. You really need dedicated and competitive Sha256d ASIC to make anything. If you have free electricity you could look into getting some obsolete Antminer S1's. For 10$ that would be nice and give you a small bit of Hashrate.

Forget about mining. The mining itself will cost some serious power omitting most profits you made with that hardware. Expect your electricity bill to be 50 USD a month higher than it currently is.

It is probably easier to just buy some bitcoin with that money instead of straining your hardware and your nerves (sound increase, heat increase).

Mining days for small time miners are mainly over now, mineable alts can be profitable for a short term, but those are mainly pump and dump scams.

which coin you want to mine after that only will it be good or bad to go for mining, if you are thinking of mining for bitcoins then it is really not recommendable to go for it as you will be in loss due to high difficulty level and maintenance. so if you can mine some alt coins then you can see some profit from mining.

You can mine Litecoin if you think its difficult to mine bitcoins due to high difficulty level .
You need to have a good hardware to mine bitcoins  or Litecoins.

First off, he probably could still mine Ethereum even though AMD graphics cards offer a much better hashrate on Ether than Nvidia.
Two, S1s aren't ten bucks. They cost forty on the cheapest places like eBay, and thats not even with shipping. Ten bucks gets you nothing. Even Block Erupter USBs are being sold at the high price of twenty bucks these days.
