As title reads,

It is ponzi script , i need it uploaded to website to function properly. please comment with prices.

I don't understand , instead of paying someone to do it , why you don't "buy" the host and upload the script yourself ? and when you say we should upload it , we will do it on your web server or ours ?
You should also know that no one (most likely) will do that for you because when you run a ponzi you will most likely be scamming people .

if you "ponzi" thinking, then they should you to pay on 50 people for this job, and one of them that you do the "upload and make website".

Ponzi is not a fair scheme and publicly asking someone to host it just seems stupid.

so basically without knowledge even for uploading a scrypt to your site and you only wake up one day that you want to scam people's hard earned money?

Why just do it on your own so you know how the scripts work? Because if you contracted with a tricky person, he might have planted a backdoor into your site.
