Title: What happened to Liberty Teller?
Post by: Blinken on February 22, 2016, 09:02:12 PM
There used to be a bitcoin machine in Boston called Liberty Teller and they had several bitcoin ATMs where you could buy paper wallets, including one machine in the MIT COOP.

Then, about a year or more ago, the Liberty machines disappeared and were replaced by a different machine that had cameras and other hostile sorts of things. These machines were on but had a message that said "Not in Service" or something like that. Sometimes you would push the Begin button and nothing would happen. Now, the machines are just dark and not even plugged in.

Anybody know what the story is?

Liberty Teller sold their BTMs and they're now nationwide as LibertyX

They still have Boston stores
