Definitely suspicious, I didn't even visit it but tested it and they confirm that. I'll suggest staying as far away as possible from that.

That site looks very similar to bitcointalk.org and it mirrors Bitcointalk's content periodically. Even though the post request results in a 404 error, it can potentially intercept the content before giving the error to the browser. If you have used your account details there, change it immediately.

There are several sites which mirrors bitcointalk's content. It has been mentioned several times.

the link is indeed suspicious,and domain newly registered on 2015 but have pretty high alexa rank,but you don't need to trying login there bcs it's pointless
i've found few site which similiar to this one too and i think the creator make it just for scamming purpose

My very thoughts exactly. Everything in me tells me this is so much of a scam as anything out there.

The only purpose of this scam site is to steal all your information,once you login using your bitcointalk login details you will automatically get hack,every one here should be aware of this,they might send bulk newsletter to potential victims stating bitcointalk change their domain name..
