I was making a Site on Bitcoincasino news. It was approximately 80% is completed. just few reviews remaining. After that I left it because im not gettong time to menage it. Now I want to sell it.

Domain Buying cost: 10$
Website designing Cost: 50$
Admin panel: 80$
Reviews cost: 50$

So total cost till Now: 190$

Now want to sell it, please suggest its Price?

You should first complete it and then try to sell it as nobody would be interested in an incomplete site.Since it is a new site,dont expect to sell it for higher price. IMO even if you get 200 $ would be a fine deal

It really depends on what your site is about. If it's about casino reviews, you'll have to factor in advertising costs, and the time it will take for the buyer to get an ROI.

Well base on my finding, your domain is 1 any half months old and it's fairly new so in terms of visitors, most likely the range is low but it could help if you could post the analytic results of your website (it helps determine website worth). In regards to web designing cost, it's going to be the matter of buyer wanting to go with the design it has now (+$50) or without the design and rather use another design (-$50). Most hostings already provide admin panels (it differs with each hosting) and not sure if, what you purchased is just a skin type in which everything is easier in terms of interface or something else but I found it hard someone would pay for it so (-$80). In terms of Review cost, if this is buying your contents that you reviewed the gambling sites, then it also depends on if, someone is going to go with their own original contents (-$50) or with yours (+$50).

In short don't expect to sell your site, base on the expenses you've made since it's always lesser than you've paid unless your site is very popular and has enormous amount of traffic.

First you have to have some traffic to site and generate some income ..as this site have incurred good amount of expense so at least you have to have some source of income on site before you can sell it ..After that you can put this site in auction on flippa or here the auction section ..

Dude where did you buy such packages from?At goDaddy you get a nice admin panel along with the hosting itself which shouldn't cross more than a nice $50.Not sure anyone would put that much into a site which is not ranked yet.You might as well try selling the domain at flippa if you think its worthy.The best way to test is out is start an auction and see where it leads.

The site do not have a page rank and the alexa traffic rank is on 2 million I doubt if you can sell it @$200 maybe less,and beside there are not much popular content,you should try flippa so you can access how much it really worth,setting up a site like yours if a webmaster is knowledgeable can only cost $50

Its very difficult that people will buy your site at this moment unless they have additional funds to loose, because buying such sites are no values and again they need to develop them.

Yeah that's true, can't sell something like that if there's no existing earnings..
This sort of thing is very hard to start up and make money from if it isn't established yet.

I've taken a look at your site and honestly, i doubt if it can sell at ~$100. Remember the most important factors in site valuation are content, traffic analytics, and domain authority.

I'd suggest you populate it with more quality articles and images, or even video reviews. Build links for about 6 months (especially from here at BTCtalk) or so. Install Google analytics because that's gonna be your primary selling point. Buy quite a few hundred site visits and social signals and drip it over the 6 months, continually increasing, because in actuality, organic traffic would be real slow over the first few months.

Probably after then you can sell the site for $250-$300, on Flippa, as you can always say that the site has the 'potential' to be monetized by casino affiliate referrals.

I think your site worth more then that. but 1st complete your site, I checked your site. It looks good, it has a faucet also in right sidebar. I think your site will worth 3000$ after 3 or 4 months, because till then your site gain some good alexa ranking, and alexa ranking increase site's worth..

If you haven't got time then develop it slower? You'll get way more money for something up and running with provable stats.

What does this 80 usd admin panel do ?

Is it generating revenue ?
Auto payments ?

Why you need to sell it dude.  You can maintain your site and you can from Google and advertising.
If have a YouTube video then you can relay that in your site with the link. It will also make money dude.

You could ask someone to finish the site and manage it, then divide the profit for both of you, since your site has potential to grow in few months imo.

The only thing I like about your website is the domain name. Other than that, meh. The design/template of your website should cost less than $50, IMHO. It's just a bad design. No offense.

Yeah, but atleast you could have traffic if your site has been completed. Thats better than selling unfinished job imo. Or the best option is let someone who OP know to manage it.

For a complete site, I'm sure it would be sold for less than $100 since it is just a relatively new website. Well, it's a great domain name, IMO.
