Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but expect the worst. It was most likely your fault , getting the account hacked which is why account recovery is pretty low on his priority list.

His account was hacked around 24th of January or before that and its not recovered yet.Considering it was his primary and only Hero account as compared to your collateral one ,his account recovering process should be the priority which has not been served yet .My point is ,wait maybe 2 months or 9 months from now you will get your account back.

How exactly was the account hacked? Unless the account posted an address that you can sign from or unless you sent a PM with a signing address to "defaulttrust' then I don't think you will be able to get the account recovered as per theymos's "normal" guidelines as to when he will recover accounts -- although he may make an exception depending on the signed message that you can provide.

edit: didn't see that theymos said to open a thread in meta about this situation

although I don't see any transactions to your repayment address (http://blockchain.info/address/1PKduV6MpDn2S25X4Mrej1TXDaxCX4k777) that match the amount that was owed to you, the borrower could potentially claim that he made a series of payments to your address (that were actually sent by others) and that he has in fact repaid the loan. This is why it would be beneficial to you to use a unique repayment address for each loan/borrower

You won't get a response from theymos anytime soon, unfortunately. See letyouearn for more info.

You don't have to be so rude. I really doubt that it was his fault the account was hacked. Don't blame him.

Use a secure password. Be careful about what you install - You are unlikely to get hacked.
It most probably was his fault that the account got hacked.

I think you wont get your account back as you dont have any control over that collateral account, as you have not used any of the address in that account and even you did not got signed message from the borrower before taking forum account as collateral. so their is no evidence of yours claim that the account belongs to you as collateral. Even then try to contact and get the account back.

I have no idea, the only possibility- "crack" password.

This is instruction to me via PM, because I have contact with him.

borrower(I have contact with him also) never has claim this,  and he does not have control over account.

Currently account controls, a person who has nothing to do neither with me nor with borrower. he also demanded ransom from me.

Removed my rating as zazarb provided a PGP signed message that they are in control again.
