Mate, I suggest if you want a working forum then buy your own hosting and domain. It'll look more professional and more people would be interested in joining it if you can provide informative and interesting stuffs.

There are so many bitcoin forums outside this biggest forum (bitcointalk), even most of them offers some bits for member to post but still not really work (lack of interest). So if you want to get many active members, you need to offer something special/different with other forums.

What is the forum all about, is this related to bitcoin? If I join in your forum should I need a verification e-mail or I can use any dummy e-mail account to regsiter?

Don't you have any plan to buy some standard domain for your forum. Comeon man it will not cost much if you can pay people for their post than you should be able to buy one domain. I am forcing you because nobody would like to remember that long name only to visit your forum bank if they like to.
