2. Mellowads
3. Bitmedia

That's all I think. You can also put banner for other faucet to earn extra from reffs.  ;)

Remove the bit media from 3rd place it doesn't stand anywhere.

I would recommend
2 . Melloadz
3 . A-ads

You take as the bitmedia ? No one clicks on the ads . People just want to get the satoshis . People do not help the websites by clicking on the ads. Now I understand why some sites place links on the banners. It is the only way people click on the ads .

People don't click because they see always boring ads no new ads only those gambling sites are paying to ad networks otherwise all ad networks are inventory less.

Sorry to hijack, but are these instant paying advertisement networks? meaning after x amount of bitcoins earned you can withdraw it instantly (hopefully low minimum)

3. CoinUrl

IIRC, there are some complaints about CoinUrl not paying out. Apparently, they send you a message saying that you've been conducting fraudulent activity and all that, but some users have worked really hard and waited a really long time to have them get rejected in the face.

A-ads has a really low threshold (around 0.0001), while networks like bitmedia.io have a minimum of 0.01 BTC

The minimum payout threshold is a bit high, 0.01 BTC, but they did process all my payments within a couple of days. There were a couple of scam allegations against them and most of the users who raised these complaints were using their URL shortening service. I do not whether CoinURL purposefully rejected their payouts or they abused the URL shortening service.

i think if adsense banned your account, you wont get any cent from it,
so adsense is a bad choice for ads in faucet site. im not really familiar with it but im sure i saw alot faucet owner closed they sites because adsense closed their account..

But a-ads have the lowest earning potential out of all the ad networks correct? If that is not true then I will join then but last time I looked there rates were really bad.

Just try a-ads it is one of oldest ad networks and pays everyday . minimum threshold is only 10k SATs .

Yes. Google adsense is most trusted and best advertisment network. But for faucet sites I think no more. Google adsense getting most of faucets banned from their program, because faucet don't have enough content according to google adsense policy.
I suggest you to use
A-ads and Mellowads. These are working good as of now.

i think not is more hard create a genuine website and in the faucet page add/insert real content for not violated the adsense rules.
if you create a good page and later join to adsense and request the approvation?

Giving any kind of incentive is a violation of google adsense, even site which that do not use bitcoin or any payment method but give a virtual item (even if it has no value at all) is in violation of google adsense. If google don't catch you a bot user will get pissed they cant get bitcoins (obvious they are trying to fraud the system) and they would get back at the faucet by reporting them.

Just use a ad-network which allows faucet based use.

I've found that coinurl is a reputable ad service, but it doesn't pay out very much to faucet owners.

Using coinurl for a long time, I haven't encountered this problem, but they don't pay faucet owners as much as regular bitcoin sites, so that might be a turn-off.

One identical thing on faucets banned by adsense has been that they all have had also other ads from other ad networks, what is warned not to do with adsense. I see some long term adsense publishers use only direct advertising besides adsense.

IIRC, Adsense does allow you to use other ad networks alongside their ads as long as your other ads aren't pop-up ads. You should be fine using other ad networks alongside adsense.

I think amazon ads is pay per commission basis, and not per impression or CPC

You wanna say that you will earn only if someone buy from amazon through your banner?

Exactly. Amazon does not pay for cpc or cpm. They only pay through cpa(cost per action).

Since mellowads removed my site because it didn't have a high enough alexa ranking, i started using a-ads... Payouts aren't that high, but at least they pay, and if your site is clean, they don't care about the alexa rating (AFAIK)

Then i think its a really low earning with amazon.According to me mostly people doing faucet jobs are to so rich so they can't buy costly items & on purchasing cheap items how much profit you will earn.Just some cents?

For me, mellowads is second best. Had tried anothers a bit (a-ads, coinurl, blockadz) but they either have low profit, or pay only by clicks. Mellowads is far better.
