You cant do shit with it... Paypal gives you the option to withdraw your money after 180 days if your account is limited. So when people buy limited accounts, it's like an investment. In this case (if it's not a scam) you buy for $30 and after a couple of months you receive $180. Hope that explains it! Still it is not OP has not said to which country those accounts belongs to. ;D experience paypal user's can cashout without doc COldice! There are way's of going about this & paypay may not request any doc, nor confirmation sms code. So, it depend's on who is handling the process of cashout . It's an investment just like the other guy mentioned earlier but, perosonally i can't risk this considering it's only $180 in the limited account. Thanks |
