I sent too low of a transaction fee: https://blockchain.info/tx/eaa5ab21eb366801c2c0583631ac1405bdeaa79e293906c80e9ba3cca1b8d4c3
7KB size for 0.0004 BTC, and seems it will never confirm. I need someone who can submit this raw transaction double spend.
It's an double spend with the TXID: 284cd4dbfd9659aa271a98322d1a395f83dda144fd2eecfc03f92db8989f08bf and with higher fees.

To anyone that can successfully get this broadcasted and double spend successful, I'll pay you 0.005 BTC

It looks like antpool confirmed your original low fee transaction
