Other destinations pay more for shipping.
And I now know more about shipping internationally through USPS then I wanted to know.

Rigid / firm 9" x 12" envelopes cost a lot more to ship then semi-rigid flexible envelopes.

However...It's up to whoever takes the envelope at the Post Office to determine if it's semi-rigid or rigid depending on how hard / flexible *they* think it is. There is no standard.
I'm happy they are not commissioned sales people.

AND the post office in the other country can say, no this should be at the higher rate. You really can't make this stuff up.

So, if you are in the EU it's BTC0.048 for 15 (since I'm deducting the cost of what I would pay to ship it in the US) sheets and I'll try to get it to pass as semi-rigid
If it gets flagged as rigid / more expensive I'll cover the cost.

If you are in other parts of the world, it will depend on where you are most places are about the same, but some are crazy expensive.

Letters/Paper with out tracking would not require customs form.

This is true. Still if you decide to go outta us shipping lmk!

The last time I had to send something other then a letter I had to fill out forms.
Yes I *can* fold them and put them in an envelope, but I was planning on shipping them flat :-)

There are letter-size envelopes with some rigidity.

You dont need to fold, use a large envelope. As long as the envelope is not rigid, it is classed as a letter.

Saturday Bump.

Are you a distributor of this paper or just a reseller? I want to know just so I know if I'm getting a good price vs me going to the manufacturer directly.

For 10 sheets with shipping I'm cheap.
For a box of 100 or 500 I'm expensive.

I use a lot of it for clients and always wind up with 5 or 6 or 18 pieces left over.
If I wind up with more then 25 after a print run I will save it for later, the smaller lots I just put into piles of 10 and sell it off (or use it myself).

Contacts / paperwork that need to be kept around a while. It's kind of a side job I fell into years ago.

Tell a lawyer it's $8300 to fix his BMW they don't care.

Tell the same lawyer they have to spend $750 on a color laser printer (that they get to keep) and $85 for some really nice paper to print out a settlement that is going to net them $125,000 and they freak.
So I do it for them. For a fee :-)
