We are looking for a few Moderators who are willing to moderate the Chat at our new game app. it is a new game idea and app and saying that we don't know if there will be any action but it should be worth to give it a try

we will accept many Mods because we are not asking the Mods to be in Chat 24 hours :)
Mods can handle their time as they like and come and go as they like.

we don't pay the Mods but there will be a Chat Rain each time a user wins the Jackpot/Prize. Mods and users will get their part. please read our "How To" on our site to understand the Chat Rain rules

we would like to see that Mods will........

*be extremely patient and polite
*help the visitors with any questions they might have
*have good enough English knowledge and other languages would help

only BCT members who registered before this posting will be accepted. please don't be disappointed if we will decline some users. we will do this through PM

Are there any incentive of being a mod in your chat? I am quite intereted as I am mostly online the whole day but the chat rains doesn't seem convincing enough since both a normal user and mods can get the same incentive. I hope you guys offers more. If you guys have more to offer then I will be more than happy to spend my whole day on your app.

we are very new and started only today. we don't have any incentives for the Mods right now and as we wrote we don't know if users will like the  game and give us enough action.

we believer that the Chat Rain is a very nice incentive. any Mod can choose his time to be in chat and no need for 24 hours or even 12 or 8 hours

yes we PM everyone to get his Moneypot username and we are accepting almost everyone because we don't force anyone to be 24 hours in our chat. the Mod can choose his time as it fits him. we don't pay right now for a Mod so we think we can't ask him to be in chat for xxx hours each day. I hope you understand my point.

for example yesterday a user won a promo with 5 numbers right and almost hit 6 numbers jackpot for 10 BTC. this would have been a 1 BTC chat rain split between all in chat incl Mods.

thanks for the interest for our Mod position

the time to be in our chat will be up to you. we dont ask for any given hours to be in chat. the more you can be better for you because right now we dont pay but in case of a nice chat rain if a user wins 1 - 10 BTC and 10% of the win will be the chat rain you could miss out some :)

I though I will explain  that we are not looking for forum moderator we are a casino with a chat and it is not a forum

I am explaining this because we had some users who thought we are looking for moderators

How much mods are you looking exactly ?
I think we have enough for now as there's always at least one mod online in the chat ready to help the users with their questions ;)

we have no limit yet for our Mods. the reason is that we are 24 hours open and we don't force our Mods to be all the time or many hours in chat. we believe that the best is to let Mods decide whenever they have time to be in chat without any pressure. that means the should always feel comfortable. please understand that we don't pay our Mods

sometimes we have many Mods the same time in chat and sometimes only one. Mods are not disturbing other mods as we saw and that is very good

next important point is that some Mods are really good and some are more shy and need to learn and watch other Mods

we think we should not limit right now the Mods amount. with the time as it was righ tnow a few Mods thought we are looking for forum Mods and canceled

What exactly mods are supposed to do beside being present and answer question of the users and act like community support?
Do mods have some sort of privileges they can use, time out, ban from chat etc? It is possible to advance from mod position to staff member or something?

If the moderators are going to have access to player IP addresses, emails and alike then be very careful who you hire for this job, one bad mod can send a forum/chat into the ground.

I can be a moderator, but what is the payrate for moderators?
Because I can not be online all day for free, time = money.

Online modrrators rarely receive any payment unless the site they are moderating it a massive well known forum/site.

A moderator is basically just someone that already spends a lot of time on that particular site and is also trusted enough to clean up spam and report problems up the line to admins.

It is not easy because you must always try to remain netural in any desputes and solve the problems so as it is fair to all involved, and you need a lot of spare time to answer all the PM's from new members that just want to ask questions they should be posting about. Or scammers that hassle you to hire them as mods, you get all the crap.

we are quite new with our game and we hope we can bring it up with time and patience. we have daily very nice promos and giveaways. check out the 6/6 I hit a few days ago. 8 users in chat incl Mods received a chat rain of 0.02 and this was for a jackpot of 0.8 BTC but we have players who go for 8 BTC or 12 BTC that means the rain is very much. it is 10% of Jackpot

Most people dont realise that a forum mod is kind of like being an online janitor,  your there to clean up the shit.

At least your mods receive something,  thats very generous of you.
How many hours on average do your current mods do a week?

our Mods are free to come and go whenever they like. as we dont pay them a salary we think we cant ask them to be xxx hours in chat. but if they are smart they will come often because chances are bigger to get a chat rain. our Mods will get a chat rain even they dont bet but they need at least have one posting in last 30 minutes before the jackpot hit. we dont take the 30 min serious but we have mods they sit 24 hours and not one posting :) they sure get no part of the chat rain.
