How about posting how much Bitcoin do you have and how much you are willing to pay against the Paypal funds that you want.

Note: Aren't you asking someone to scam you since you want Paypal to be sent to you. You know its reversible right?

Unauthorized transaction can still be claimed.

If it is paid by credit card they can still do chargeback and bank can also charge $20 fee.

Scam Accusations section is over here. (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0) I doubt you'll make any sort of leeway by arguing on a thread. (And don't forget to use the report template.)

But why would you be sending bitcoin to him if he has bitcoin and wants PayPal?

I had a private understanding, I believed in him, and I fell in scam ...
