I won't be recommending: Ponzi schemes , Gambling websites , Loaning Platforms . (All of them have high risk)

I will recommend starting a faucet if you have enough Bitcoin to do that , you should invest into a programmer/designer to make a good looking website that doesn't use Faucetbox or any other third party and pay users directly , that should bring traffic to your website (and the rates have to be good too) and you will be earning by the Ads .
Running a faucet shouldn't have much risks if you know what you are doing and you are doing it right .

whether you prefer to invest in gambling sites? investments in gambling of course have a huge risk :)

I'm not sure mate , I mean if you are willing to built the website yourself then you will only need money for FAUCET,Domain name & Hosting .
If you are willing to ask a programmer for that then It could cost you some decent amount (check the services section and ask about this job to know the prices from people who are willing to do this for you)

I thought running a faucet was not very good anymore?  I notice a lot of faucets are not even good anymore.  When I first started and Bitcoin was worth twice the value faucets were giving out more money than now.  I could be wrong but I was under the impression the best way to invest is to trade, and trading is basically gambling so there aren't really any good investments out there

I would not even consider "investing" unless:

The business is registered and licensed to operate in my country.
The business has a formal written business plan that spells out the exact terms.
The contract is notarized.

If these things are not in place then you are not really investing. You are simply handing over money to people who have no obligation to do anything. They may be legit, but if not then you have lost your money and there is almost zero chance of doing anything about it.

If it is entirely legal in your jurisdiction, and you got enough funds (a lot) and time and you can take some risks and you would be good even if it doesn't go as expected, you can go ahead. Why not?

You need shitload of money probably to do that , people are not going to start depositing money into your casino unless they know you have the funds but since you considered making a faucet , I don't think you have enough money to make a casino .
Casino need to be well programmed as-well and made by trusted people otherwise developer may leave a backdoor in your website , get paid then comeback later to steal your bitcoins , It's really not that easy . (don't even think on using Open-Source casinos)

You also need to study what site that you are going to build mate, needs a lots of study and also funds because of many competition site building would be too risky, I'm planning to build my own faucet, keep checking from the service section for a cheaper price maybe you can also try to visit the service section and keep on track with the service offer. good luck mate.

actually investment is not a good options currently but some people here has invest at gambling sites you might can to try it and i see that several gambling sites who accept investing on their sites such moneypot or bitvest

I think the best place to invest your btc right now is into your own pocket...
Investment firm for btc are all scam so better think twice if you wanna invest...
Btc is not like normal money where you can invest it in banks...

if you will want to invest, don't ever invest to loans sites and gambling ones, they're very very risky as  i know, also my advice, is that you just buythem for yourself at low price and keep for years

I think invest in loans is quite good, if you really choose someone reliable. like in this forum loans with collateral or on other sites such as btcjam or loanbase. then buy and then hold for many years are also not a good way if you only save a small amount. at least you dare to save 50 BTC or more to hold for many years.

This is the wrong section for this thread but let me give you some advice.

Bitcoin IS your investment. Too many people have been stung by bogus investment schemes. Save some bitcoin in a wallet & keep it there like a savings account until a later date. Maybe even a number of years, the price will rise & you will make profits.

Giving or putting your money to someone elses hands has it's risk. I will not suggest you to invest in ponzis as they holds more risk because eventually they will just run off with your coins. An option here is you can invest your btc to gambling sites like bitvest which allows investments. You will get a % from their profit in their gambling game. This also has a risk as the profit will depend if someone looses tons of coins then you will get a share of profit, if someone wins more then the profit you guys will get will be more smaller.
What I can suggest you is just keep your btc safe in your wallet and then wait for the price to rise up so that you can wt profit. Take it as an invetment bu the one who holds your coins is you.

if any of those services are a legitimate stock broker who won't run away with my investments and also if they guarantee a minimal profit then i will invest in their service without hesitation.

And if they've been a stock broker for several years already and not just a fly by night company that hired a developer to make the website as appealing as possible.

If your looking for a less risky investment then invest on Mining sites , those sites is more likely not a scam . Another is to Invest in new released Doubler Sites that pays hourly since most doubler sites runs only for just 1-2weeks max. Or just try to put your money in gambling sites such as Bitvest where you can invest and play..

You can invest into gambling sites, obviously suggesting this because you are making this thread in gambling section. The best ones I have personally invested are - bitdice.me , its easy and instant payments. Other than that you can invest in crypto-games though I never did.

your wallet will be the best place to invest your btc, it won't grow though but you'll have a good profit in the future, in short hold your Btc :D on the other hand, lending your coins will be a good investment will less risk, just remember to ask for a collateral

i have invested already in one mining site for now everything is good i have invested like 2 btc for mining ethereum so far the profit is very good ...but i am not sure about that coin ...the time will show if the coin is stable i will make a good profit for 1 year the ROI should be like 200-250% ot more i am not sure havent math them but it should be close to this numbers

You should remember one thing before investing in these gambling sites. The past performance is only for your reference and in future they may or may not be getting same profit because it all depends on how much house makes profits from that investors will get some profit. So if any one win a big amount than investors also will lose money. Instead of putting all your money in one site, diversify into few good sites to reduce loses.

You are asking about minimum risk investment method and yet you posted this in the Gambling section? You must know that more risk=more potential profit.
So ask yourself how much interest you want: 1%, 5%, 50%? And what type of services you like to invest in.
Do you want to invest in gambling services (for example: MoneyPot), lending services  (i.e. BTCJam),or maybe some unstable HYIP (not recommended)?

If you want invest in gambling sites then first you have to check about the site and then try to invest small percentage of you budget , or else you can start lending with collateral , like this you can get 5% to 10% interest on your investment. but be carefull as when you are taking bitcointalk account as collateral ask them signed messages from the address which it has used in that account.

May be he is looking for good casino investments. Investing in casinos is quite high risk but still better than gambling and your investments will grow very slow. Also you need to find few goods sites to invest instead of one or two to reduce investment risks. Diversifying is very important in these kind of investments because if any one casino make lose than other one will give you some profits.

It would be profitable in the long term, though you'd need to take variance into account and have a large enough bankroll to start out.

There has been always risk involved in all type of investments. You can hold the btc and can wait for the increase in btc price. You can also invest in a website related to bitcoin, there are many websites offering investment for profits.

Buy btc, exchange for altcoins (ltc, eth...) wait for price increase and sell. Repeat.

minimum risk in the bitcoin world i think is already impossible.
personally, i invest in 3-4 gambling site, and for now have a good result but i know all day one of this site can close and get away with all my bitcoin.

To buy altcoin you need some good information. You cannot just randomly pick one altcoin and then invest in it when whale is not pump it you will loss for sure. Invest on some altcoin would never been easy although it is for some expert because you really need a lot of experience before you do this

If you're thinking an investment with minimum risk, you can always invest in such sites like mining sites since mining sites runs for years before they scam people. And another investment site with minimum risk are new doubler site and when i said new i mean like 1-3 days running since new doubler investments site scam in 1-3weeks or maybe in there first days if there's someone who invested more 1btc. If your targeting make money from every day price movements than trading will be very risky and in worst case you may lose all your money like in gambling. So if you want to make money from trading, it is better to invest for long term and you should be ready to wait if prices move opposite way. 90% traders are failing to make money but only few people are getting success so trade very carefully.

Also this market is almost saturated and there are so many established sites are there so if any one coming up with new dice sites than they should add some new features to attract people otherwise I don't think they can get traffic to try there new site. There's margin lending in Poloniex and Bitfinex... They are risk-free to invest, unlike investing into gambling sites, because of collateral.
You can get at least 0.1% a day from lending there, which sums up to a reasonable ~36% apr, including compounding.

With current situation that is happening with the btc,i think you better hold on to it and not to invest it...
Investing btc is not a good deal right now as there a black propaganda is going on...

Just store as much bitcoin as you can in an encrypted container and back it up to Google. Delete your local copy, and let the bitcoin price make money for you.

i don't think that investing bitcoins somewhere is a good idea at all, i mean you're giving your money to someone with a chance to get more money later, but it is very risky thing, if you will decide to invest, don't invest to loan sites or gambling ones, huge risk
