Easy $? You're looking at something up to 0.50$ per week with a newbie rank for 20 posts.
You'd do more money spending time fishing for pennies in fountains or even bitcoin faucets.

Here is a list of sig campaigns: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=615953.0. Most won't accept newbies.

If you join a sig campaign, please make sure that you post with good quality. If you spam, shit post, or post for the sake of increasing your post count, you will be banned. Think about what you are going to post before you hit the post button; if someone already answered a question, don't post; if what you are posting doesn't add to the discussion, don't post; if you are only posting because you are greedy and want maximum payout, stop being greedy and rethink your life choices.

Secondstrade are closed for a new participants, so you shouldn't recommend him that ;)
Best campaign for newbie is bitvest
If you are a jr.member then go for Yobit
But no matter what campaign you in, remember to keep your post quality good, as most of high paying campaign will want a good quality member in their campaign ;)

i say it does not matter if they accept newbies or not, you should always wait until you are at least a Jr. Member to join a signature campaign.

because that way you have learned about bitcoin enough and also know the rules of forum too. besides they pay so small to Newbies which is not really worth participating.

You should wait for your account to be Jr. member. It's getting quite fast to level up to this rank.

Once you're 'Jr member' I suggest you to join Yobit sig campaign, they're reliable, have automatic payout and you'll be automatically accepted.

Just remember to maintain a decent post quality (as in every other campaign)

because you rank newbie I recommend you follow the signature campaign is Zebpay, Bitvest, or 777Coin, if you're already ranking jr.member you can follow NakedBitcoins.com, or YoBit.net.

I think this is solid advice... First work your way up to Jr. Member, then join yobit.
You'll learn how an exchange works, get access to a faucet, and get some cents for posting.

Remember not to spam the forum. Yobit has a campaign manager now (so it seems), and he might kick you if you get negged or spam.
