Title: what is mining difficulty how its increase or decrease? Post by: mynameisdon on March 02, 2016, 04:54:11 AM yesterday i was calculating profit of 60ghs hardware.but i found that someone told me that its also depending on mining difficulty.. but i think its too hard to find it.and now mining going unprofitable for me..help me.

Its not rocket science. If the total network hashrate double, your BTC earning is cut in half and so on. And then you multiply your BTC earning by the BTC value vs your currency of choice. What is "difficulty"? Difficulty is a measure of how difficult it is to find a hash below a given target. The Bitcoin network has a global block difficulty. Valid blocks must have a hash below this target. 60giga hardly do any difference aside from the diff, so you should not be worry about, you're mining peanuts in any case |
