just received this email from BTC-Coupon.com where they sent me a free gift for my high trade volume on their site.


It's not much but still better than nothing, isn't it? So I thought why not giving something back to the Bitcoin Community? I redeemed the coupon on my account and created 10 coupons each being worth 0.005 BTC. I will post one of these coupon codes every now and then (probably once a day) in this thread and the first one gets it.

I hope it's the right place to post this thread to. If not, feel free to inform me and move it to somewhere else.

I think this giveaway is not real. I can't use that coupon.

You redeem the coupon and the value is addded to your accounts balance on BTC-Coupon. You can then either directly withdraw the balance to a bitcoin address of your choice or keep it in your account and use BTC Coupon as web wallet. You can also create a new coupon of the same value and re-sell it. Do with it whatever you want.

I was a few minutes too late, it seems.. So if a coupon isn't claimed yet, it'll show the sentence other than "Coupon is valid but has already been used." ?

Correct and the fields "used by" and "used at" in the table are empty.

The time at the right bottom is not the time when the coupon was created but the current server time. And they obviously use a different timezone than Bitcointalk does.

Just want to tell something to the OP : Before you post any coupon please let us know before you post,some of us daily watching your thread but still not claimed any coupon yet.because we are from different time zones.so start a countdown before posting or inform us atleast 20-30 minutes before,so that we all have fair chance to claim the free giveaway.
