Well I guess I'll see where this goes for now. what is this wallet building thing ? its a service that makes a coin for you, gives you wallets, source, nodes, etc. for a small fee. Meaning that coins like this typically don't have any innovation behind them, nor a "dev" capable of making changes or fixes if something goes wrong. I don't know anything about this PHPcoin, so I'm not judging this one...yet... That is almost 7 blocks. I had to manually pay out the funds because the wallet is broken. I believe I have gotten everyone paid out. If the failed transactions come back to my wallet, I will split them up via all the addresses unless I find someone that didn't received a payment.
