You should've posted an image that proves you really offer this service, either upload a screenshot of your YouTube video that has a lot of likes or send us a link of your YouTube channel. ;D

The price is actually really high. I remember some other people who sell around 300 legit likes for $1 in a forum I used to go on. Plus, you don't have any pictures or any proof of your service at all. I'm not quite surprised that you're not selling any right now.

Also Im aware the perk for having likes, but does it help for the youtube video to rank higher or something outside from the obvious view count needed.
