Care to elaborate? I'm feeling the same atmosphere here (Newbie with ridiculous needed investment and on top of that with nothing to lose). No one will fund you that (any) sort of amount for that project of yours. A site like that won't cost more than 1BTC IMO and what your saying is way above the normal range.

You have to come with a business model or you can't pay back the investments. The question now, are people willing to pay for yet another service. I should think twice before you start with such project can be a big waste of time.
