is here any sites by which we can buy Bitcoin whith credit or debit card because I do not like to request any person or wait more for buying btc when I need urgently.

Almost all exchanges do it. Most of the exchanges require valid ID before others don't. One of the examples of a exchange that doesn't require ID is Circle. Most of the time they are instant and you get your bitcoins immediately after verification of 3D security (if enabled or required).

Like Aubert said, never trade creditcard directly with a person. The information on the creditcard dosen't change, and the person would be able to do all sort of things with its information.

I think you can do it anywhere. Just like when you sell bitcoins and the buyer sends you the money in your account. Only the process is backwards.

It depends on your country and witch kind of debid card do you have. For example on coinbase you can buy with card, but only on few countries. Exchanges like cex.io allow you to buy only with secure 3d cards.

You can buy with card on bitstars and withdraw in bitcoin. I haven't tried, though.

if you are in the UK then check out bittylicious i use it all the time.

There are many places that offer this, most are just a google search away.

Try localbitcoins.com and only choose a very trusty user. I would recommend doing a local meetup if you can.

Coinbase now accepts atm/debit card to buy BTC. You can download the app and buy btc with your atm card.
