It's impossible as all the legit site's need your debit/credit card to be 3D verified and for you to complete the 3D verification it would take more than 1 second.
In case you are fine with 3D verification and your id verification then try to buy from www.coinbase.com

I don't know, Circle?  They're pretty easy but you seem to be one of those instant-gratification, severe ADD type person.  All the services are pretty much discussed all over this forum and has been said, you need to be verified for a lot of them.  Be patient and slow down else you'll miss a lot.

Credit cards take days or weeks to confirm. Bitcoin is confirmed in minutes. Credit cards do not lend themselves to such a transaction because they are not secure enough. Remember a credit card transaction is just an I.O.U.

There are many services but the fact is that there is no method to do this in 1 second, in a couple minutes its possible for sure but not in 1 second.
It also need to get to a wallet and its need to get confirmed, there are a lot of websites that are fast but the fact is that you cannot do this.

By far its not possible the transaction first has to be accepted and all so that is not gonna work at all.

you can always go with just buying bitcoin finding a bitcoin atm.

if none are around you just look towards old known services like coinbase despite their questionable support.

You cannot do this because the fact is that it will already take a longer time to even load such websites with each other to do this.
Than you also got the confirms so its not possible at all.

If you're in the US circle.com is perfect for this and accepts credit or debit cards.

Op was talking abut whole process of buying like: registering on some site, waiting for confirmation of registration, sendig documents and your ID to said service etc.
He is not talking about the time bitcoin network needs to process transaction after he buy it.

i dont think there was service like that,just check bitcoin AM,and you will find better service than just one click,what make you want to buy bitcoin with just one click?i think exchange is fair and not make you tired to click.

It would be nice if this is possible but on this moment this is of course not possible because there needs to be all kind of things it will not happen directly.
And even if it will go directly it would still take longer than a couple minutes to compare.

This is not even possible the confirms already take indeed minutes to be completed so that is already saying enough, with every pay method to buy bitcoins its not even possible so I think that is saying enough.
Maybe in the future its possible but I do not know if its possible, so keep in mind its not possible with any payment.

It really depends where youre from op, but most of these places are where you are from.

If you are in the states, theres is only coinbases debit card that will be shipped to you. Which is there swift card program.. and thats something you can consider transferring balances when you buy bitcoin from them.

Again, I just can't see a business model that sells bitcoins for I.O.Us. Which is what a credit card Tx is.

Circle is the only thing I know of.. It starts out with a $300 instant limit.. and builds up more, and more over time.

even for taking money from ATM,you will need more than 1 second,so why you want to do that in one second?
use your credit card on coinbase,take more 1 seconds but safer.

Circle if you are Uk or US or CEX.io from other countries. I use CEX.IO and works fine. Beware of fees tho  >:(
