Hi guys,

I would like to know about price value of bitcoin which is equals to USD in before and after Halving?!!!!
Personally I have big price expectations in upcoming Halving... Please share your views and thoughts about it...:)

i do expect a block halving one or two weeks before the actual halving. i only think it won't bring us to anywhere near the $1000 level as some people think. if the price reaches $700 then we have done an amazing job.

Do know what is the special reason People are telling It will 800$ to 1000$???

Everything is possible.From upwards to downwards.
But what might also play a significant role is the networkand community will progress in terms of the blocksize dispute.
If Segwit will get rolled out as announced, around april, and code for HF is ready to july or august, that could definitely help to get more confidence back inside the community and would be a sign to the ones outside that Bitcoin is moving forward.

propably around 700 for the halving as a new bottom or stable value, either way i'm expecting an increase with a great peak and a great dump as usual

since we have already touched 500, that wall should be broken before the halving or at worst before the end of this year heading us to 700 or maybe more

Well I think prior to the halving, were going to be in around $450 - $500 and after the halving were going up at least half of the value prior to halving, so around $750 I suppose (considering no other factors come to play at the time) but again there's a long way until July so our thoughts might not end up correctly in terms of range but in terms of effect, the result will be the same (spike in value).

i am expecting anything from $800 to $1200 because of the block halving but it is impossible to speculate when it is going to start it just need some initiation to go to the moon.

I would not be surprised if we touch $350 or less before significant upward trend. Block halving event will most possibly push price up but recent block size discussion and attacks have very negative influence on price. If we sort out that block size problem, price could reach new ATH in wind of block halving no sweat.

I don't expect a great price increase after the halving. Halving has given good profit over the past years. This time halving would bring a price increase of around $150 - $200 from the price before halving.

I think we may reach $600~$750 just a few weeks after the block reward halving only if we can secure the $500 price range just before July. if we can't do that then I expect a dump to $400 before the price even reach $600.

It will be realistic to expect around 700-800 during or before halving. But this may not be reached and may take untill end of this year. But that value will be reached by this year end.

No one can deny that the halving will have a great affect on bitcoin as it will lower the daily mined supply by the half. I think the price will be between 500 to 600 before the halving and after it happens, the price may reach 700 or more. and all of this increase is depending on if there will be more new bitcoin users and the demand in the market will exceed the low supply

Anything above 600 would be a very nice sight. About time we had a decent pump.

Block halving might pump the price to $800 which might then get reduced within weeks and sits around the $550 - $600.

If the last halving is any indication, there won't be a significant rise in price until after a couple to few months after the actual halving date. It seemed it took a bit of time to actually realize the decreased available supply. Maybe it will happen sooner this time around, who knows.

I think that it should bring us to an area ranging from 450$ to 700$, but the price I except the most is somewhere around 500$. I also think that the price boost will start like one month before the halving.

Im beginning to think the block size debate is just a way to supress price before the halving.

That's exactly it. Once it's over, it will be JUST in time for the halving, and then, KA-FUCKING-BOOMSHAKALAKA

I think before and after halving is the same value.. there's no changes after halving.. Maybe it will pump a little more but the price will not rise above $500 its just my thoughts. And we really don't know what will happen after halving. there's no proof or reason if the price will rise..
As my observed in yearly chart you can see that the value of bitcoin is gradually increasing and i think  the value of bitcoin this coming july will just increase maybe 10%-25% from the value today.. Its just my thoughts. but i hope it will increase more than i expected..

Pretty much, plus so many people that have joined here over the last few years don't realize what a real bull rally looks like in BTC-land. And that's before we even take into consideration that the global financial markets are turning upside down.

well, we can go to 1000$, we just have to rise price now, before halving, price now is around 430$, so wee need to rise  it to 550$ in these 3 months, so price after halving could be 1000$ or even 1100$

i predict the pump is going to start before the halving and price is going up to $1000 (at least) and then it is going to come back but not suddenly since it is a huge market cap.
so during halving the price might be around $600-700

I am thinking bitcoin will go for 1000$ when Block halving comes, Its pretty to hold the bitcoins now and we can make big profit on time or after halving.

I don't see any reason for sudden dump after halving because lots of people holding bitcoin now are not holding to sell on halving pump. In reality it is not a pump simply it is giving right value to bitcoin after halving of supply.

as much as i love to see a big pump so the price goes up and gain a nice profit on my investment, i don't like it at the same time also. because it will create a big instability which won't look good in bitcoin's history

thats the point, everyone predicts price of 1000$ or even 2000$, but they don't understand that if we won't keep high price now, after price it won't rise from nothing, we need to have high price now so we will have bigger price rise after halving

Don't hope too much from halving, it's not a mirracle,  price will rise but not to 1000$, max will be 800$ and inly that if we'll be lucky

And personally i really wait for halving because i really lile bitfoin price rises

actually i do have high expectations too just like you but my thought for bitcoin prices after block halving might be around $500-$600

I think thats something getting people more involved.

Due to the issue with the current markets and being in the red they see this as a chance to gain some market money to recoupe from this.
