Terms & Conditions of Loans
The value of the collateral you provide is at my discretion, collateral for me is what I say it is worth. By providing me with collateral, your understand the collateral becomes my property until the loan is repaid. If you do not repay within the specified time frame, your provided collateral becomes permanently my property and will be sold without your permission, it belongs to me. I do not use Escrow, only at your cost and request. Time extensions for the loan can be applied for, but this must be before your repayment time expires. Repayments to the wrong Bitcoin address will result in collateral being sold, unless another payment of the full repayment amount is given to the correct address. I will assume you have defaulted on the loan if no contact has been made (and no repayment) by the repayment date, do not expect me to still have your collateral if you contact me after your repayment date. Although I don't require it, it is preferable for you to have an alt. account if I need to contact you about a repayment time extension or anything else.

Interest Rates
Interest rates are below, I offer "discounts" on interest the more you borrow.[/b]
BTC0-0.049 - 12%
BTC0.05-0.99 - 11%
BTC0.1-0.5 - 10%    <------- Currently not lend-able, I don't even have that in my personal wallet (non-lending wallet)!
A 10% compound late fee is applied for each week of repayment extension, added at the first day of each week late. For loans over two weeks, there is also a compound interest rate of 5% each week, added at the start of each week.

2008 caught out the $ banks because they had one department lending out willy nilly to anyone in order to prop up the economy while their investment banking department collected 'proof' that nobody ever defaulted on the 98th % slice of mortgage backed securities.  Please don't do anything like that with bitcoin-bond collections, as our avoidance of usary is one of the advantages of bitcoin over fictional reserve banking.  If you can collect either ounces of silver or comparable collateral then that would be less suss than BTC for forum accounts as collateral.  And hopefully you'll collect enough bullion from defaulters to not knock a hole in the wall.

Thank you for the warning. I do feel I should have declined the first loan I gave out because I'm having second thoughts on the collateral, but if the user defaults then I should be able to get the 0.02 BTC, but no profit (or little profit anyway). I put these funds aside for loans knowing I might lose them. All of the funds I loan are from my "active wallet". Currently my sig. campaign pays into my savings wallet, that I hope to build without spending over time.

I would also like to point out a new interest rate structure. To make my service more fair (rather than making some interest rates higher than others), I have put together a small list showing the new interest rate scheme. This scheme is now applied to all loans starting at loan #3.
I try to make regular updates to my scheme to help it become a successful and trusted service. Of course I run this service for profit, but at the same time I'm helping other people. Feedback to my service (even if you haven't taken a loan) is always appreciated.

My updated interest rates seem a little high, so I've dropped all of them 5%. New interest rates for all new loans are the following:
BTC0-0.049 - 20%
BTC0.05-0.99 - 15%
BTC0.1-0.5 - 10%.
I dropped them as I have seen lower interest rates from other lenders. This post is also a bump.

I may need an extention of the loan. But I don't know now. I will contact you tomorrow, if I need any.

Sorry, but I do not value your account at around 0.023 BTC. I also feel 0.003 BTC is not worth nearly a month of loan. If I had more funds I would accept this, but I am not in a good position to and I feel I could make 0.003 BTC much quicker with other considerably shorter term loans.

Bump. After two defaulted loans I have sold all of the collateral and made my money back (and a small profit - of course Cheesy), I am back and have more funds to lend. I've learned a few things, especially not to bother with any accounts with neg. default trust (even if it is a hero member!).

Submit applications using my form, I hope to be providing more loans in future.
