Betcoin.TM or Betcoin.AG?
Because you left a feedback to AG, but opened a thread about TM.
Just trying to make sure you're not somehow confused here :)

There are so many threads and accusations against that casino and for some reason people still keep doing business with them. Its best to just avoid them and the signature campaign also. I have only taken part of the freerols, luckily they payd out those without issues but that was a long time ago, maybe they have changed for the worse. Plenty of signature campaigns to choose from.

Hi. I've seen your feedback history, yours is an alt account, and you have used it to scam in the giveaway, so, I think that you shouldn't talk, but, in way to be more honest (coz we're in the democracy), could you please post your proof in way to earn some credibility? My opinion is that you're here only for spam. Post it, and then let's talk about it.

Scam accusation was opened because betcoin.tm paid users in late time, not because betcoin.tm hasn't paid someone. I've managed both campaign of betcoin.tm (Signature campaign and Twitter campaign), and I can guarantee you that everyone has been paid (I guess that total cost of two campaign was more than 15 BTC). Many and many users has joined in betcoin.tm campaigns and everyone was happy to be with it. Instead to say bullshit, please, check your sources, then we'll able to discuss. I haven't never heard about some users that hasn't been paid from betcoin.tm.

Post your username and I'll post account history here no problem. If something happened we'll get to the bottom of it, but if my support agents (who are benchmarked on good customer service not how much money they run) say this is what happened right now I have so reason to distrust them.

So, can you explain what's going on in more detail?

And can you also explain why we'd go through the trouble of paying you for something and then take it from your account? Why not just refrain from paying you altogether? It would be much quicker.

We're more than happy to get to the bottom of this with your help, so please post your username and I'll look up your account details myself.

I don't understand this point.

"I take part in them giving out several BTC per week in freerolls and they pay that out but they're a scam."

The signature campaign paid out and SEVERAL times we gave out bonuses (for us being late, for good quality, etc. etc.). Also we discontinued the signature campaign because it was inducing forum SPAM, which we want no part of. We love this forum, too, and want to keep it a pleasant place.

Also... these freerolls weren't a long time ago... they're still happening. So what are you talking about?

We pay community members (sometimes late with an apology bonus, but always paid). We have freerolls that pay out quite a bit weekly for us. We settle all disputes on Twitter and Signature campaigns leaving no member disgruntled for more than a few days. There's nothing new about scam threads in the gambling business and I don't see anyone as committed as I am to resolving them as I always do.

So let's dispel this notion right away.

You said it yourself - we always pay out. Period.
