Title: What can we add on Coinsecure?
Post by: Benson Samuel on March 08, 2016, 06:14:22 PM
Some parts in the pipeline are:
Merchant - Very Big and comprehensive. 140 Point api designed so far! The complexity lies in dropping this down to 5.
Multisig - Done, Testing not going easy at the moment. May take longer. Inputs and simplification to UI procedures are welcome. I know that coinsecure is not the only one facing simplification and reliability issues on this!
Ethereum - More than an Exchange. The idea that we build will launch a billion contracts! Blitzkrieg!
Coins - What could we have planned for this??? :)

Sooo, many cool beats! But we may be missing few.... What do you want in India's Crypto Exchange & Wallet??
Few requested Netki --- Thats done.. what next? Really! We even taking integration requests darn seriously!

And we are hiring some top guns to break most of this down to user level functionality.
Scala Mechs!
Java Pros!
Mobile Vets!

Nothing better in India's startup ecosystem than Coinsecure! And we are the strongest Crypto Knowledge-base in the country!
Join us and dedicate some time in changing the future!

Looking for resources and people with knowledge and competency!

*will move this to marketplace in a week or so!

Nice features in the pipeline already but what's coming with eth blockchain :)

Just took a look at the site for the first time, it was really smooth as compared to any other exchange and fast but i think the exchange need complete UI makeover.
The charcoal/black background is making everything look so confusing and weird, the main background should be white/whitish so that everything looks clear and straight.

I think i found what a little fix can help the UI, if you don't display the orderbook, pending orders, ticker etc in full size and instead leave some space in both side of the page and add some tables and tabs it will look completely different, also i think the MY pending orders should be only thing with TYPE - BUY OR SELL as a field name with different color ( red and green), you are making the page a bit too long.

Lastly the ticker widget in all the pages looks little weird that too in full width page size.

Just a few suggestions from first look, i hope u can make the site more user friendly, don't the comments in negative way :)

EDIT-
Just looked at this picture from 2015  with white bg, looks 10x more clear and better then the current imo, why the change?

Excited for payment processor for merchants. Will the merchants have a option to set what amount of btc they will like to auto convert and keep the rest as it is?

Aah, that image makes me feel real nostalgic :). Miss the old bits.
Getting a cream background theme done. We did start late on this, so should be out in a month or so.
We did notice that the dark's needed a change.

I have another page coming up with everything in a single view.
We have also just started with a mild overhaul on the UI. Some more landing pages, most likely a redo of some of the trade pages as well.

The last bit, i did not get about the ticker. Thought it did look quite elegant and relevant at the bottom. Tough to use lesser space without losing the look of it.
But do explain and I will be glad to look into this.

We love feedback. Almost always implement it with top priority.
Thanks for this! Will work on it and you will notice some neat implementations coming from your suggestions very soon!

Its in a closed beta on the Play Store. Should be out very soon. Adding few more features, etc.
We should start with a wallet app and release the trade engine app in 3 weeks time after.

Yeah, Hover your mouse over those dates to get the long date.
Should work in most places.

Perfect got it. Thanks.

Also are we in process of extending the working time from the existing like say 9 to 9 or 10 AM to 9 PM etc?

Nothing in discussions at the moment tbh.
Banking timings have been working quite well for us and customers, so doubt we would change this, unless we get banking support till those hours as well.

The one thing that I'd like to see is multi currency support. The one thing that many of the SARC countries need is a reliable BTC exchange and Coinsecure could be that thing which serves them all.

We do have some display currency options under profile.
If you are poking at taking this to international banking partnerships, that is under discussion, and utterly complicated.
But should happen in time.

Exactly what I am talking about and yes, very complicated! But since not one of the SAARC countries have given BTC a legal currency recognition, you should try and establish yourself to fill this niche. Would be awesome to see a startup from India go international.

Is there anything in pipeline to start the alt coins trading on CS in near future or all together a different site for alt coins?

Very neat! :D
Added to the coinsecure repo.
Will try to add a new file for trade functions also when i get some time.

Have been working on v1. Should have better messages, etc. This should help with response parsing also.
ex:
{"success", boolean, "message", jsArray}

I believe adding a payment method with debit or credit card for funding fiat balance would be great.
Yes that would be great and fastest to add funds

Trying to get a solid solution for this.
Last thing we want is to provide a service that gets stopped later.

Have gotten fed up designing and  redesigning the app.
Think we have spent about a year of parallel time so far on it.
Very soon, just not promising any dates.

Can I suggest an altcoin to be added. I actually use Coinsecure and no other platform and I like it. And there's a new currency which has a lot of potential, people are callin it th second opportunity for people who missed Bitcoin and actually it is since it has a huge infrastructure built as a back up and this altcoin acts as an inhouse economy. So its bound to increase its demand as the total business with multiple platforms deals in this altcoin. I trade in that. But currently I need to use Bitcoin as an intermediary for th same. However, I would love to directly trade in that altcoin.

If its possible then tell me I will provide further info.

This is pretty normal for start-ups. Especially, because of the price action in last few week, the existing support staffs are probably overwhelmed with various support tickets. These type of issues will go away when the company gets more matured with time.

Might be plugging in Ether, most of the core work is complete.
Just need to find some time to plug into the current system.
Somewhere in 2016, methinks :)

Yup, we have been getting too many support queries these days, so have extended recruitment's to bring onboard
1 Account Manager - Payment Gateway
1 Onboarding/ Compliance Officer
1 Customer Support Executive

Anyone interested from the forums can ping jincy@coinsecure.in

We launched the payment gateway in closed beta last week and have got 5-6 merchants documentation as well to get them kicked off.
Look forward to this coming live, this week.

Some Updates

- Login Sequence has been changed, Token will not be sent to email if the account has 2FA. Token has been changed to Numerics only for easier input in the added field.
- Min order will be increased sometime this week, we will be moving from 0.001 to 0.01 to standardize and align to some global moves that we have planned.
- Our old API has been deprecated at version 0.9. The New Version has been launched. The old version will not be maintained any longer. Expect Hackathons, etc very soon!

The best part of any btc wallet i am looking for is global and friend chat option.ya it is good to be anonymous but
Chat box will greatly influence trading option. And also the wallet should take minute fees.
