Title: Core not allowing any inbound connections Post by: calkob on March 08, 2016, 10:35:35 PM I have recently changened my computers connection from wireless (which ran my full node previously) to a wired connection. i have not been able to allow core to connect to inbound connections via a wired connection. i allowed port forwarding on my router and have checked everywhere on avast to make sure it is not blocking it.... what am i missing?
Title: Re: Core not allowing any inbound connections Post by: achow101 on March 08, 2016, 10:48:32 PM Check your port forwarding. With a wired connection instead of wireless it is likely that your ip address has changed so your router port forwarding will need to be changed.

Title: Re: Core not allowing any inbound connections Post by: Patatas on March 10, 2016, 12:15:50 AM Manually configure your router to one of the open ports .Usually its 8333.As mentioned you have provided access via Avast, if you're using windows try the default firewall options as well.What router do you have ? The dynamic IP address won't be considerable while port forwarding,try configuring the ports via your Internal address.
