Title: Selling BTC for PayPal

I am going to test my waters in exchanging. I want to sell $16 USD worth of Bitcoin for PayPal. USD only accepted of course. I do not require ID, but I do require some sort of trading history here just to make sure things go as planned and my $16 doesn't go down the drain :)

Stock: $43 USD Bitcoin
Looking for $47 USD PayPal (strict)
