Hmm. So you plan to send fiat money in the philippines with you paying the bitcoins? But there is no deposit option for me in the USA. No direct btc deposit. I have to deposit through Philippines method, which defeats the purpose.

If you are in USA then surely you have a us visa card or a bank in there, right? AFAIK, you can buy directly in it an the deposit should come as soon as your payment is verified. I guess your only option is just like what the previous person said, use other exchanges like coinbase then the person you'll be sending the money to will have to use coins.ph for the btc be converted to local currency. When you get a bitcoin address to send to, it does not matter where in the world you are. The money gets converted to Philippine pesos and deposited to the bank account of your choice, or whatever withdrawal methods are offered by the services. btcexchange is a "real" exchange but they only allow withdrawals to Security Bank accounts. There are a few more Philippine based bitcoin exchanges, but I forgot what they were or they have too low volume or exposure to consider. Best to stick to the top 3 I mentioned.
