Vitalik holds nothing. Right now his stack is worth $8,250,000 which is nothing. Even if ETH was worth $50 it would still be only $27,500,000. His dad has more than that in his bank account. Vitalik knows he has no way to take profit without crashing the market. He is trying to promote ETH to the Chinese market, from there ETH value will increase and he can sell parts of his stash.

His mannerisms are strange and his rather large brain appears to be operating independently of his body to a degree I've never seen before. One might deduce that he appears to be operating at a higher level of awareness, an ethereal state so to speak. The random eye movements give it away. I estimate that he will attempt to download the Chinese language directly into his brain for this venture. If he succeeds and does not enter a vegetative coma then this, my friends, is a buy signal.
