WCF is going to take place in delhi from 11/03 to 13/03..

3.5 million people are expected to arrive there from 155 different countries..

Surprised that you are not aware of this fest / location of it.
Newspapers have been full of this event and the ecological damage caused by it.

Nothing which money can't repair. Having said that, they made a mess out of the media management. Being fined by the National Green Tribunal also portrays them in a negative light.
